I'm Back!

It's been weeks since I have posted and honestly I didn't have much to say during that time anyway. Work and art making have been very busy and positively productive for me and I put my running into a holding pattern. Kept up my 25 (give or take) miles each week and was happy, ran a few 5Ks and won my age group in the last one on Labor Day. A few things have now been tied up and I can use a bit more time for my running, that's a good thing as I have some big stuff on my plate.

First place in my AG, this has never happened before.

I mentioned last time I will do the Baton Rouge Beach Marathon and today ended my first week of official training. It feels good to be back at it. Most of you know I am not much into plans but I really like them when I have a specific goal in mind.

The other crazy-ass thing I did was sigh up again for the Mississippi 50 the first week of March 2012, only thing is this time me and my buddies, Davis and George, registered for the 50 miler!
